metamorphosish Ltd was founded by Dr. Paul Taylor-Pitt, an Organisation Development Specialist with decades of experience supporting complex change. Dr. Taylor-Pitt is an award winning OD Practitioner, Performance and Somatic Coach, Mentor, Facilitator, Activist and Writer. He hosts the HOPECAST podcast on spirituality and sexuality. Paul has a Doctorate in OD Practice, a Masters in HR Leadership and a degree in Psychology. He is a member of CIPD; the International Coaching Federation; The Society of Authors and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He is featured in HR Magazine's Most Influential Thinkers List.
Metamorphosis is change of the form or nature of a thing or person into a completely different one and while that might sound exciting, it's a big ask.
